We have carefully chosen our suppliers to offer you the best and freshest food and drink.
Where possible we use local produce and if we can’t find it locally at the very least try to use local suppliers, that way we are helping to support other businesses is the area. There are exceptions to this rule however as the coffee comes from Italy, but we think that it’s worth the journey. Our meat is almost all British and Farm Assured and we also have a range of National Park beef and lamb which is all sourced from selected farms throughout the National Parks of the UK, including the Peak District National Park.
